1. Not Fit / Incompatible Parts
Please double-check your car model and engine before ordering. If the part doesn’t fit, you may return or exchange it within 10 working days, as long as it’s unused and in good physical condition.
Shipping fees for returns due to wrong fit may be shouldered by the buyer unless the error was on our end.
Upon Receiving your Package:
- Take an Unboxing Video
Please record a clear video while opening the package. This will serve as proof in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect items. - Inspect the Package Immediately
Check the package for any signs of damage before and during opening. - Verify the Item
Confirm that the part matches your car model and engine before installation. - Do Not Install if Unsure
If the part seems incorrect, do not install or use it, as used items are not eligible for return or exchange. - Return or Exchange Window

2. Exchange for Correct Part
For customers who received the wrong part or an incompatible item, an exchange can be arranged to get the correct part without needing a refund.
Please note that the price of the exchanged item may be different.

3. Wrong Item Delivered
Contact us within 3-7 days. Item should be unused and in their original packaging for processing. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the details have been verified.

4. Damaged or Defective Item
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3-7 days and include an unboxing video for verification.

5. Missing or Incomplete Orders
If any part of your order is missing, please notify us within 3-7 days of delivery. We’ll verify and send the missing item right away.

6. Partial Refunds
If only part of your order is affected like missing or damaged items we may issue a partial refund for that specific item. Please contact us right away with proof (such as photos and an unboxing video) so we can verify and process your refund.
7. Non-Defective Returns
We understand that circumstances may change. Returns for non-defective items are accepted; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and an additional handling fee of 3% of the total price.
8. Time-Sensitive Claims
All claims for wrong, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 3–7 days after delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund. If the claim is made after this period, we may no longer be able to process it.
9. Proof Requirement Policy
All claims must include clear proof, such as photos or an unboxing video, to help us verify the issue. Claims submitted without proof may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

REFUND TIMELINE
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method or store credit.
